GROUP STAR SKATE
This program offers opportunities for skaters of all ages to develop advanced figure skating skills in all disciplines: skating skills, free skate and ice dancing. Unique in Canada, this program teaches figure skating skills in a group format, in a progressive and sequential manner and includes specifically designed awards and incentives.
Two private lessons per month are mandatory with extra private lessons available. All private lessons are an additional cost to the skater (paid directly to the coach). Skaters have the opportunity to take Skate Canada Tests through a nationally standardized testing system as well as compete in different competition if desires. Once the skater has passed all Prelim Dances and Skills, they will move up into the Star Skate or Competitive stream. This is at the coach’s discretion.

Tues 3:45 – 4:30 p.m. (on ice); 4:45-5:15 p.m. (off ice) Thurs 3:45-4:45 p.m. (on ice); 5:00-5:30 p.m. (off ice)
